      以6个青海省目前生产上大面积应用的春小麦品种为研究对象,以营养品质、物理品质、磨粉品质、加工品质等18项为评价指标,采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法对其品质特性进行分析和综合评价。结果显示,春小麦品种间加工品质差异较大,青麦1号具有较高的蛋白质和膳食纤维含量,以及较佳的加工品质,青麦10号具有较好的磨粉品质。相关性分析结果显示18个品质评价指标之间均存在相关性;主成分分析将18个指标转化为4个相互独立的综合指标,4个主成分的累计方差贡献率达92.629%;采用综合评价值,通过聚类分析将6个春小麦品种按品质优劣划分为4种类型,新品种青麦1号品质综合表现较为突出。

      Taking 6 spring wheat varieties currently widely used in production in Qinghai Province as the research object, 18 items such as nutritional quality, physical quality, milling quality and processing quality were used as evaluation indexes, and the quality of 6 wheat varieties was analyzed and comprehensively evaluated by correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in processing quality among spring wheat varieties. Qingmai No. 1 spring wheat had higher protein and dietary fiber content, and better processing quality, while Qingmai No. 10 spring wheat had better milling quality. The results of correlation analysis show that there was a greater or lesser correlation between the 18 indicators, resulting in a partial overlap in the information they provide. Principal component analysis transformed 18 indicators into 4 independent composite indicators, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the 4 principal components was 92.892%. Using comprehensive evaluation values, six spring wheat varieties were classified into four types based on their quality through cluster analysis, with the new variety Qingmai No.1 showing outstanding overall quality performance.
