长期、不合理的使用磷化氢和储粮防护剂导致储粮害虫抗药性的广泛产生。因此,亟需开发安全高效的防治替代方法。由于具有活性组分多样、在自然环境中易降解、对非靶标生物低毒等优点,植物源驱避物质在储粮害虫综合治理中有较大的应用潜力。但是,目前国内外对储粮害虫植物源驱避物质的研究大多停留在植物材料的筛选和有效成分的鉴定,缺乏实际应用效果的评价。因此,本文总结了储粮害虫驱避物质活性测定方法、具有驱避活性的植物及其活性组分、驱避物浓度对驱避效果的影响以及植物源驱避物质在储粮害虫治理中的应用现状和存在的问题,并提出解决办法,以期为储粮害虫驱避技术的发展提供思路。 |

Phosphine and grain protectants have been used to control stored-grain pests for decades. Many stored-grain pests have developed wide resistance to these pesticides due to long-term, improper application. Thus, there is an urgent demand for safe and effective control alternatives. Due to its diverse active components, easy degradation in natural environments, and low toxicity to non-target organisms, repellent botanical materials have great potential in the integrated management of stored-grain pests. However, current research on botanical repellents for stored-grain pests at home and abroad mostly focuses on the screening of botanical materials and the identification of active ingredients, lacking evaluation of their practical application efficacy. Therefore, this review summarizes the bioassay methods to evaluate the repellent property of botanical materials, plant species and their ingredients with repellent activity against stored-gain pests, the relationship between the concentration and the repellent intensity of botanical materials, and the application status of repellent botanical materials in the management of stored-grain pests. To provide reference for the development of repellent technology in the control of stored-grain pests, existing issues and potential solutions are also discussed. |
