烟草甲是一种具有重要经济意义的储藏物害虫,对其进行绿色防治是储藏物减损关键途径。本文采用绿色生物化学农药烯虫酯,利用浸叶法,分别处理烟草甲1日龄幼虫9天和36天,研究烯虫酯对烟草甲短期作用和长期作用的杀虫效果。研究结果表明不同浓度的S-烯虫酯短期作用烟草甲低龄幼虫效果弱,长期处理对于烟草甲的防控效果更佳,在浓度为10mg/kg-80mg/kg的范围内,烯虫酯对烟草甲1龄幼虫作用效果好。 |

The cigarette beetle, Lasiodermaserricorne,is a kind of stored-product pest with significant economic importance. It is the key way of green prevention and controlto reduce the loss of stored products.In this paper, based on the leaf dipping method, the green biorational pesticide, methoprene, was used to treat Lasiodermaserricornewith 1-day-instar larvae for 9 days and 36 days respectively. The short-term and long-term insecticidal effects of methoprene on tobacco beetles was evaluated. The results showed that: 1) The short-term effect of different concentrations of S-methoprene on the low-instar tobacco beetle larvae is weak. 2) The long-term treatment has a better effect on control of the low-instar tobacco beetle larvae. 3) The methoprene concentration ranged from 94.1% S-methoprene to 86.5% S-methoprene, had better control the low-instar tobacco beetle larvae. |
