保障粮食储藏安全事关国家和社会稳定,粮食在储藏的过程中极易遭受虫害和霉变,造成粮食质量和数量的重大损失。CO2气调储粮作为一种绿色可持续的储粮技术,不仅可以有效防治储粮害虫,抑制霉菌的生长,还能通过降低粮食的呼吸代谢来延缓粮食品质劣变。CO2气调储粮有效避免了化学熏蒸剂对粮食的污染以及害虫抗性的产生,实现了储粮保质减损,在未来粮食储藏技术发展中具有广阔的发展前景。本文通过综述CO2气调储粮工艺的研究成果,以及CO2气调技术在储粮害虫防治、抑制霉菌、延缓粮食陈化等方面的研究进展,分析了CO2气调储藏技术在未来的发展前景以及研究的方向,以期为今后更好地推广应用提供参考。 |

Guaranteeing the safety of grain storage is related to the stability of the country and society. During the storage process, grain is extremely vulnerable to pests and mildew, resulting in heavy losses in grain quality and quantity. As a green and sustainable grain storage technology, CO2 modified atmosphere grain storage can not only effectively prevent stored grain pests, inhibit the growth of mold, but also delay the deterioration of grain quality by reducing the respiration and metabolism of grain. CO2 modified atmosphere grain storage can effectively avoid the pollution of chemical fumigants to grain and the production of pest resistance, and realize the quality preservation and loss reduction of stored grain. It has a broad development prospect in the development of grain storage technology. This paper reviewed the research results of CO2 controlled atmosphere storage technology, the research progress in the control of stored grain pests, inhibition of mold, and the delay of grain aging. The development prospect and research direction of CO2 controlled atmosphere storage technology in the future were analyzed in order to provide reference for the better popularization and application of CO2 controlled atmosphere storage technology in the future. |
