本研究对7个不同产地常见油用油茶物种和16个四川省主栽品种的23份油茶样品的种仁含油率、基本理化性质、脂肪酸组成及活性物质进行测定,并采用主成分分析法对23份茶油进行综合评价。结果表明:23份茶油样品的酸值和过氧化值均较低,其中种仁含油率、α-生育酚、角鲨烯、总酚含量和黄酮含量均存在显著性差异(p < 0.05)。此外,茶油样品中脂肪酸主要含有油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸和二十碳烯酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸均高于80%。结合主成分分析的结果,综合得分排名前5名的分别为:西南红山茶>小果油茶>川荣153号(普通油茶)>多齿红山茶>越南油茶,本研究为油茶资源开发利用、茶油品质性状育种以及消费者选择提供参考。 |

In this study, oil content, basic physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition and active substances of 23 camellia samples from 7 different producing areas and 16 main varieties in Sichuan Province were determined, and the 23 samples were evaluated by principal component analysis. The results show that: The acid value and peroxide value of 23 samples of camellia oil were lower, and the oil content of seed kernel, α-tocopherol, squalene, total phenol content and flavonoid content had significant differences (p < 0.05). In addition, the fatty acids in 23 samples of camellia oil were mainly rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and eicosenic acid, and the unsaturated fatty acids were all higher than 80%. Combined with the results of principal component analysis, the top 5 comprehensive scores were: C. pitardii Cohen-Stuart > C. meiocarpa > Chuanrong 153 (C oleifera Abel) > C. polyodonta How ex Hu > C. drupifera Lour. This study provided a reference for the development and utilization of Oil-tea camellia resources, breeding of Oil-tea camellia quality traits and consumer selection. |
