      为明确不同干燥方式对古红橘橘皮精油中挥发性成分种类、相对含量及抗氧化活性的影响,以新鲜古红橘橘皮为对照、不同干燥方式下的橘皮为研究对象,采用共水蒸馏法提取精油并比较分析其提取率差异,GC-MS结合OPLS-DA模型比较分析其挥发性成分的种类、相对含量差异,DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率结合相关性热图分析评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明,不同干燥方式下古红橘橘皮精油中共检测出88种挥发性成分,不同样品精油提取率、挥发性成分种类及相对含量具有显著性差异,通过建立OPLS-DA模型筛选出9种VIP>1的特征挥发性差异成分,可实现不同干燥方式下精油样品的判别;不同精油样品对2种自由基清除率的表现并不完全一致,特征挥发性差异成分与2种自由基清除率之间的相关性也表现不一,但与其他精油样品相比,红外干燥橘皮精油对2种自由基均表现出较强的清除能力。本研究比较分析了不同干燥方式下古红橘橘皮精油挥发性成分的差异并评价了自由基清除活性,可为其干燥方式的优选及品质提升提供参考。

      In order to clarify the effects of different drying methods on the types, relative content and antioxidant activity of volatile components in ancient red tangerine peel essential oil. Taking fresh ancient red tangerine peel as control and different drying methods as the research object, the essential oil was extracted by co-water distillation and the difference of extraction rate was compared and analyzed. GC-MS combined with OPLS-DA model to compare and analyze the type and relative content of volatile components. DPPH?+, ABTS?+ free radical scavenging rate and correlation thermograph analysis to evaluate its antioxidant activity. The results showed that a total of 88 volatile components were detected in ancient red tangerine peel essential oil under different drying methods, and there were significant differences in essential oil extraction rate, volatile components and relative content among different samples. 9 characteristic volatile components with VIP>1 were screened out by establishing OPLS-DA model, which can be used to distinguish essential oil samples under different drying methods. The scavenging rates of two kinds of free radicals of different essential oil samples were not completely consistent, and the correlation between the characteristic volatile components and the scavenging rates of two kinds of free radicals was also different, but compared with others, infrared dried tangerine peel essential oil showed strong scavenging ability to two kinds of free radicals. In this study, the differences of volatile components of ancient red angerine peel essential oil under different drying methods were compared and analyzed, and the free radical scavenging activity was evaluated, which can provide reference for the optimization of drying methods and quality improvement.
