      探究低共熔溶剂分离绿豆皮木质素的最佳工艺条件并研究木质素的理化性质为其应用提供参考价值。采用氯化胆碱和乳酸组成的低共熔溶剂对绿豆皮中的木质素进行分离,并研究了反应温度、反应时间、氯化胆碱与乳酸的摩尔比对绿豆皮木质素得率的影响,并对其进行元素分析、相对分子质量分析、粒径分析、吸附能力测定等。确定了低共熔溶剂分离绿豆皮木质素的最佳工艺条件为:氯化胆碱与乳酸摩尔比1:15,130℃下加热处理9 h,木质素得率为82.46 %,纯度为83.68 %。绿豆皮木质素的单糖主要为半乳糖醛酸,葡萄糖和木糖,表明绿豆皮木质素存在少量的半纤维素和纤维素。元素分析结果表明绿豆皮木质素的H、O元素含量略有降低,绿豆皮木质素的分子质量较小(Mw=4865g/mol)。绿豆皮木质素比绿豆皮、绿豆皮纤维残渣对胆固醇的吸附能力强,具有降低血脂的功能性质。采用氯化胆碱和乳酸组成的低共熔溶剂可有效分离绿豆皮木质素,绿豆皮木质素具有较好的胆固醇吸附能力。

      To explore the best technological conditions for the separation of lignin from mung bean skin in deep eutectic solvents, and to study the physical and chemical properties of lignin to provide reference value for its application. deep eutectic solvents composed of choline chloride and lactic acid was used to separate lignin from mung bean skin, and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of choline chloride to lactic acid on the yield of lignin from mung bean skin were studied, and the elemental analysis, relative molecular weight analysis, particle size analysis and adsorption capacity determination were carried out. The optimum technological conditions for separating lignin from mung bean skin in deep eutectic solvents were determined as follows: the molar ratio of choline chloride to lactic acid was 1: 15, and the lignin yield was 82.46% and the purity was 83.68% after heating at 130℃ for 9 h. Monosaccharides of mung bean skin lignin are mainly galacturonic acid, glucose and xylose, indicating that there are a small amount of hemicellulose and cellulose in mung bean skin lignin. The results of elemental analysis showed that the content of H and O elements in mung bean skin lignin decreased slightly, and the molecular weight of mung bean skin lignin was small (Mw=4865g/mol). Lignin from mung bean skin has stronger adsorption capacity for cholesterol than mung bean skin and mung bean skin fiber residue, and has the functional property of reducing blood lipid. Deep eutectic solvents composed of choline chloride and lactic acid can effectively separate lignin from mung bean skin,?and?has good cholesterol adsorption?ability.
