      储粮害虫作为对粮食造成品质降低和经济损失的重要因素,本研究选择昆虫生长调节剂S-烯虫酯进行防治。通过在实验室条件下模拟实仓害虫发生情况,对不同浓度和剂型的S-烯虫酯防治效果比较,选择适宜的S-烯虫酯进行实仓应用。研究结果表明,2.5、5 mg/kg质量浓度的S-烯虫酯(剂型I)对稻谷中的谷蠧成虫均能起到有效的控制作用,而且在2.5、5 mg/kg的剂量下能完全抑制谷蠧后代的产生。结合增效剂胡椒基丁醚(PBO)的S-烯虫酯(剂型II)能显著提升谷蠧成虫的死亡率。实仓实验结果表明,剂型II的S-烯虫酯对常见储粮害虫具有较强的致死效果,施用30天后谷蠧的校正死亡率为98.33%,赤拟谷盗的校正死亡率为99.33%,玉米象和长角扁谷盗的校正死亡率达到100%。综上所述,S-烯虫酯对于谷蠧的防治效果好,在实仓中应用也能对常见储粮害虫具有显著的控制作用。

      Stored grain pests, as an important factor causing quality degradation and economic loss to grain, were selected to be controlled by the insect growth regulator S-methoprene in this study. By simulating the occurrence of pests in real warehouses under laboratory conditions, the control effects of different concentrations and dosage forms of S-methoprene were compared, and the appropriate S-methoprene was selected for application in real warehouses. The results of the study showed that the concentrations of 2.5、5mg/kg of S-methoprene (Form I) were effective in controlling adult Rhyzopertha dominica(Fabricius) in rice grains, and When the dose of S-methoprene was 2.5、5mg/kg, the progeny production of R. dominica could be completely inhibited S-methoprene (Form II) in combination with the insecticide synergist piperonyl butoxide (PBO) significantly enhanced the mortality of adult R. dominica. The results of real warehouse experiments showed that S-methoprene of form II had a strong lethal effect on common grain storage pests, after 30 days of application, the corrected mortality of R. dominica was 98.33%, the corrected mortality of Tribolium castaneum(Herbst) was 99.33%, and the corrected mortality of Sitophilus zeamais (Motchulsky) and Cryptolestes pusillus(Sch?nherr) were 100%. In conclusion, S-methoprene is effective against R. dominica, and can also provide significant control of common grain storage pests when applied in the warehouse.
