      为优化油茶叶多酚提取工艺,以油茶叶为原料,羟丙基-β-环糊精和纤维素酶为辅料,在单因素实验基础上,利用响应面法优化油茶叶多酚的提取工艺,并探究其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:油茶叶多酚最佳提取工艺为:0.065 g羟丙基-β-环糊精、0.01 g纤维素酶、液料比为37:1、乙醇体积分数为40%,此条件下多酚得率为99.06 mg/g,与未添加羟丙基-β-环糊精相比,多酚得率提高了20.18 mg/g。所得到的油茶叶多酚具有较强的抗氧化活性,对ABTS自由基、DPPH自由基、OH-自由基清除率IC50值分别为23.52 μg/mL、0.21 mg/mL、2.4 μg/mL。研究为油茶叶资源的充分开发与利用提供理论依据。

      In order to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves, the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and cellulase as excipients on the basis of single factor experiment, and its antioxidant activity was investigated in vitro. The results showed that the optimal extraction process of polyphenols from Camellia oleifera leaves was as follows: 0.065 g hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, 0.01 g cellulase, liquid to solid ratio of 37:1 and ethanol concentration of 40%. Under these conditions, the yield of polyphenols was 99.06 mg/g.Compared with no hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin added,the yield of polyphenols was increased by 20.18 mg/g. The clearance rates of ABTS free radical, DPPH free radical and OH free radical were 23.52 μg/mL, 0.21 mg/mL and 2.4 μg/mL, Srespectively.This study provides theoretical basis for the full development and utilization of Camellia oleifera leaves resources.
