      采用田间试验,选取3块稻田种植创优华占、Y两优957、Y两优911、旺两优958、旺两优950等5个水稻品种,通过对土壤pH值、土壤和稻谷重金属Cd含量的测定,分析不同品种水稻重金属Cd吸收积累特性。结果表明:(1)土壤在试验水稻种植期间pH值和重金属Cd含量未发生变化(p>0.05);(2)水稻在三个稻田种植实验组中重金属Cd含量差异较大,Y两优911品种重金属Cd含量最低;(3)对不同品种稻谷重金属Cd含量进行3个聚类分析,第Ⅲ类的Y两优911和创优华占稻谷重金属Cd含量最低;(4)在不同品种稻谷重金属Cd富集能力分析中,Y两优911重金属Cd富集能力低于其他品种(P<0.01)。综上所述,水稻Y两优911品种重金属Cd吸收积累相对吸收较小,可以在中、低重金属污染农田中安全种植。
英文摘要:
      Five rice varieties, Chuangyou Huazhan, Y Liangyou 957, Y Liangyou 911, Wangliangyou 958 and Wangliangyou 950, were planted in three paddy fields. The characteristics of heavy metal cadmium uptake and accumulation in different rice varieties were analyzed by measuring soil pH value, cadmium content in soil and paddy. The results showed that: (1) Soil pH value and heavy metal cadmium content did not change during rice planting(p>0.05); (2) There were differences in heavy metal cadmium content among three rice planting experimental groups, and the lowest was Y Liangyou 911; (3) Three Cluster analysis were analyzed for the cadmium content of heavy metals in different varieties of rice. The cadmium content of heavy metals of the Y-Yu 911 and Chuangyouhuazhan rice in the third category was the lowest; (4) In the analysis of heavy metal cadmium enrichment ability of different rice varieties, the cadmium enrichment ability of Y Liangyou 911 was lower than that of other varieties (P<0.01). In summary, the absorption and accumulation of heavy metal cadmium in rice Y Liangyou 911 is relatively low, and can be safely planted in low or medium heavy metal contaminated farmland.
