      采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术对柠条锦鸡儿籽油进行萃取,并运用响应面法优化工艺条件。同时采用HPLC-APCI-MS柱前衍生法分析柠条锦鸡儿籽油的组成。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取柠条锦鸡儿籽油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力35 Mpa,萃取温度45 ℃,萃取时间70 min,在此条件下柠条锦鸡儿籽油出油率为6.70 %;柠条锦鸡儿籽油主要由不饱和脂肪酸组成,含量为71.84 %,其中亚油酸与油酸含量最高,分别为51.79 % 和17.03 %。

      The Caragana korshinskii Kom. seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid, and the extracting conditions were designed by response surface methodology. At the same time, the composition of seed oil was analyzed by HPLC-APCI-MS. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: extraction pressure 35 Mpa, temperature 45 ℃, time 70 min. Under the optimal conditions, the oil yield was 6.70 %. The Caragana korshinskii Kom. seed oil was rich in unsaturated fatty acids, its reached to 71.817 %, among which the linoleic acid and oleic acid were 51.78 % and 17.03 %, respectively.
