      新型冠状病毒肺炎自发生以来,对全国居民生活、生产带来了巨大的影响,本文汇总了自疫情爆发以来我国各级政府部门为了应对疫情,保障粮食市场供应,满足消费者基本饮食需求所做的努力,分析了粮食食品产业在疫情应对中的重要作用和我国近期主要食品大省粮油供需情况,并提出了我国粮食产业发展方向,以期为公共卫生事件爆发期间政府应急管理提供指导,为保障粮油行业市场供给提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Since the occurrence of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in China, it has brought a huge impact on the lives and production of the residents across the country. This article summarized the responding efforts that have been made by Chinese government and departments at all levels since the outbreak, to ensure the supply of grain and oil markets, as well as to meet the consumers" basic dietary needs. The important role of the grain, oil and food industry during the epidemic, and its supply and demand in major food industry provinces in China were also analyzed in this article, in order to provide a guidance for government crisis research during the outbreak of public health events, and to offer a reference for ensuring the market supply of the grain and oil industry.
