      利用国家粮食和物资储备局科学研究院自行研制的储粮害虫抗性测定设备,参照 FAO推荐方法对3个储粮生态区4个品系的锈赤扁谷盗(Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens))磷化氢(Phosphine、PH3)抗性进行了测定,测定温度为(25±2)℃,湿度为(70±5)%RH,测试结果表明:4个品系的锈赤扁谷盗对磷化氢的抗性存在明显差异,其中内蒙古通辽(NMGTL)属于敏感性品系(Rf=3.727,KT50=45 min),广西南宁(GXNN)(Rf=36.727,KT50=170 min)、山东费县(SDFX)(Rf=38.000,KT50=174 min)2个品系属于中等抗性品系,广东广州(GDGZH)(Rf=45.455,KT50=187 min)属于高抗性品系;不同品系KT50与Rf、 Lg (LC50)和Lg (KT50)均呈正相关且锈赤扁谷盗的半数击倒时间KT50与FAO推荐抗性测定测定方法所判断的磷化氢抗性大小基本一致;抗性测定设备所得数据准确可靠,能够实现储藏过程中害虫抗性的快速自动化测定,对现场熏蒸或制定应急熏蒸预案过程中判断抗性程度具有指导意义。

      Referencing FAO recommendation method, the adults of 4 strains in Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens) were measured with a special device, designed by Academic of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration, at (25±2)℃ and (70±5)%RH. The results showed that there were significant differences of resistance to phosphine in 4 strains, among which Tongliao of Inner Mongolia (NMGTL) (Rf=3.727, KT50=45 min) was a susceptible strain to phosphine, Nanning of Guangxi (GXNN) (Rf=36.727, KT50=170 min) and Feixian of Shandong (SDFX) (Rf=38.000, KT50=174 min) were medium resistant strains, Guangzhou of Guangdong (GDGZH) (Rf=45.455, KT50=187 min) was a high resistant strain; KT50 and Rf, Lg(LC50) and Lg(KT50) of different strains are positively correlated; The results to distinguish resistant strains with two methods (FAO recommendation method and half knockdown time) are similar; This accurate and reliable device can realize rapid and automatic detection the level of phosphine resistance with storage process and to guide the field fumigation or make emergency fumigation plan quickly.
