      本试验研究了细叶亚菊挥发油的化学组成及其对两种常见粮储害虫—赤拟谷盗和烟草甲成虫的杀虫活性及趋避作用。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC/MS法分析挥发油的成分及其相对含量;采用熏蒸、触杀、趋避三种不同的测试方法评价挥发油对害虫的防治作用。从细叶亚菊挥发油中鉴定出了17种化合物,主要成分为(+)-樟脑(28.92%)、1,8-桉油精(23.64%)、冰片(6.52%)。挥发油对赤拟谷盗和烟草甲表现出较强熏蒸活性,LC<sub>50</sub>分别为15.88 mg/L和25.67 mg/L;同时,对两种昆虫表现出一定触杀活性,LD<sub>50</sub>分别为52.37 μg/头和17.56 μg/头;另外,在78.63 nL/cm<sub>2</sub>和15.73 nL/cm<sub>2</sub>测试浓度下作用2h或4h后,对赤拟谷盗均具有与阳性对照DEET 相近的趋避效果,对烟草甲作用2h后具有一定趋避活性。研究结果提示,细叶亚菊挥发油对赤拟谷盗和烟草甲具有较好防治作用,能够为细叶亚菊挥发油防治常见粮食仓储害虫提供一定的理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The chemical constituents and insecticidal activity against two most common pests of grain storage Tribolium castaneum and Lasioderma serricorne of the essential oil from Ajania tenuifolia were investigated. The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method and the compositions were analyzed by GC-MS; The insecticidal activity of A. tenuifolia essential oil was tested from the three aspects of fumigant, contact and repellent. 17 compounds were identified and the sum of their contents was accounted for 100.00%. The main components were (+)-camphor(28.92%), eucalyptol(23.64%), borneol(6.52%). The essential oil showed potential fumigant toxicity against T. castaneum and L. serricorne adults with LC<sub>50</sub> values of 15.88mg/L and 25.67mg/L respectively. The essential oil also exhibited certain contact toxicity against two species of insect with LD<sub>50</sub> values of 52.37μg/adult and 17.56 μg/adult respectively. In addition, The essential oil exhibited similar PR(repellent rate, PR) value with the positive control DEET against T. castaneum after exposion for 2h or 4h and certain repellent activity against L. serricorne after exposion for 2h at concentrations of 78.63 nL/cm<sub>2</sub> and 15.73 nL/cm<sub>2</sub>. The results can provide theoretical basis for using the A. tenuifolia essential oil to control common pests of storage.
