      通过测定2个品种3个地域生长的苦荞全粉游离酚和结合酚提取物在不同体系中的抗氧化性、芦丁和槲皮素含量,以定量分析品种、环境条件及其交互作用对以上指标差异贡献的大小,并在此基础上分析环境参数与以上指标的相关性。结果发现环境的贡献率最大,其次是品种×环境,品种的贡献率最低。环境参数如高海拔有助于提高苦荞芦丁含量(r=0.98,P < 0.05),日照时间与槲皮素含量有显著的正相关性(r=0.98,P < 0.05),海拔、降水量和日照时间与抗氧化性有显著的正相关性(r≥0.98,P < 0.05)。该结果提示通过优化特定苦荞品种的生长条件便能培育出富含天然抗氧化成分的苦荞存在可能。
英文摘要:
      The free and bound phenolic extracts of two tartary buckwheat samples grown at three locations were analyzed for antioxidant properties in different systems and rutin and quercetin contents. Then, the relative contributions of variety and growing environment to antioxidant properties and rutin and quercetin contents were determined, as well as correlations of these properties to growing conditions. The results showed that growing conditions had more contribution than the interaction between variety and environment and variety to individual the above indicators. For example, higher altitudes and more sunlight hours might have increasing effects on rutin(r=0.98,P < 0.05)and quercetin, respectively. The positive correlations of altitude, amount of precipitation and sunlight hours and antioxidant properties were found(r≥0.98,P < 0.05). This study suggests that tartary buckwheat antioxidant properties can be enhanced by optimizing the growing conditions of a selected variety.
