      应用低场核磁共振(LF-NMR)检测技术结合主成分分析法(PCA)对多种品牌纯葡萄籽油以及其掺有其他食用油脂的掺伪葡萄籽油进行了检测分析。研究表明, PCA可明显区分葡萄籽油、大豆油、玉米油、稻米油的LF-NMR弛豫特征数据(峰起始时间、峰顶点时间、峰结束时间、峰面积、峰高);并且PCA得分图上能有效区分葡萄籽油中不同油脂的掺伪比例,掺伪比例越高区分效果越好,试验验证可靠。实验结果说明基于葡萄籽油的LF-NMR弛豫特征数据,结合主成分分析可实现对其是否掺伪、掺伪比例快速、有效的鉴别。
英文摘要:
      Low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) detection technology combined with principal component analysis (PCA) was used to determine a variety of brand pure grape seed oil and mixed with other edible oil adulterated samples of grape seed oil. Study shows that application of PCA by analyzed LF-NMR relaxation characteristics was extremely differentiated grape seed oil from soybean oil, corn oil, rice bran oil; In addition, they were easy to separated according to corresponding principal component scores, that different ratio of adulteration in grape seed oil. With adulteration ratio of other edible oil increased, higher distinguish ability was found and experimentally verified correctly. Therefore, LF-NMR combined with PCA is feasible to distinguish quickly and effectively the variety of edible oil , the ratio of adulteration in grape seed oil.
