      本文使用冷冻-解冻循环物理交联制备淀粉-聚乙烯醇-层状硅酸盐黏土(Laponite RD)水凝胶,通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜、差示量热扫描、质构、二次溶胀性研究了淀粉-聚乙烯醇比例对水凝胶的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,在Laponite RD 存在下,淀粉-聚乙烯醇比例为10:10时能形成孔隙比较均匀,具有较高二次溶胀率(146%)的水凝胶。淀粉与PVA分子之间可形成氢键,使得PVA分子的柔顺性下降,影响PVA结晶的完善程度,进而导致熔融温度的下降。淀粉比例的增加,一定程度上削弱了聚乙烯醇分子间的氢键,从而降低了水凝胶的硬度、弹性及凝聚性。

      Physically cross-linked hydrogels consisting starch, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and layered silicate clays (Laponite RD) were prepared by freezing/thawing process. The effects of starch-PVA ratios on hydrogel structure and properties were illustrated through X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry, texture analysis and re-swelling property. The results showed that in the presence of Laponite RD, the hydrogel with starch-PVA ratio of 10:10 had relatively uniform porous structure and highest re-swelling ratio (146%). Starch and PVA molecules could interact through hydrogen bond, which led to the reduction of PVA molecular flexibility and crystallization, thus decreased the melting point of the hydrogels. With the increase of starch content, the reactions between starch and PVA molecules weakened hydrogen bond interactions between PVA molecules, leading to the decrease of hardness, springiness, and cohesiveness of the hydrogels.
